Welcome to Wagtail Air BNB! Our little Wagtail Nest offers a private, relaxing and romantic experience. Enjoy a bubble bath overlooking the countryside, sip a coffee on the deck or sit by the fire pit under the stars. We are located fifteen minutes from the ninety-mile beach (Seaspray) and ten minutes from the township of Sale where there are pubs, restaurants and ample shopping. Self-served continental/ self cooked breakfast is included in your stay. Wedding night packages are also available

Greenfields Retreat offers a unique, fully self contained guesthouse nestled amongst trees on the bank of Flooding Creek. Located between the Sale Wetlands and Lake Guthridge, there's plenty of walks and tracks to explore, whilst still being in close proximity to town. Key features include: - Separate entry/parking - Flexible self check-in via key box. - Breakfast basics provided to make/cook your own breakfast - All bed linen and towels included. - Full kitchen for all your cooking needs

Quiet self-contained unit with abundant bird life

Our peaceful property is a quaint self contained unit which is separate from the main house and has bush views. Please note that we have recently changed our house rules and for safety and suitability reasons we no longer accept bookings with children. We also cannot accommodate pets. Please note that WiFi connection is poor inside the unit but ok on covered deck. No charging of EV permitted but there are two stations in town that we can ferry you too if we are available.

Welcome to our home in Lakes Entrance! Our home is in town on the flat and a short walk to the beach and local amenities. We are pet friendly with a fully secure yard and our long driveway is perfect for bringing a boat! Our backyard area is newly modernised with BBQ, outdoor TV, couch and dining area. WiFi, Netflix, dvds and board games are also provided for those wet days! Please come relax and enjoy everything Lakes has to offer! Tom & Brodie

Baby goats have just arrived!!!Freestanding studio,a peaceful cozy little cabin ,light filled ,featuring recycled materials and a window seat…set in an acre of garden with chooks and friendly goats ...(babies in spring/summer)walkable distance to lake...Nungurner is a quiet leafy hidden gem ,bush walking,plenty of bird life and a jetty with lake access for fishing and water sports , a short drive to Metung ,hot springs,cafes,hotel,and bakery.

Lakes Entrance waterfront cottage

Set on the beautiful Gippsland lakes, this newly renovated cottage has everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable trip away. The cottage is located in Marine Parade behind an art gallery, everything is in walking distance, with space to park your car and boats. (A mooring on the adjacent jetty is available for additional fee). Across the road from the property is the beautiful Gippsland lake, ready for you to put the boat in and explore.

We hope you love our place, which has a beautiful rural environment that gives easy access to forest tracks, lakes, and beaches. Our 2-bedroom accommodation is in a tranquil rural location, five kilometers from Lakes Entrance. Across the road is Colquhoun Forest, with excellent walking and cycling tracks. A private wing of an established mud brick home, you'll particularly enjoy the charming courtyard and front area that gets the morning sun.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The three bedroom apartment is on the top floor of a two level property. It has street-level access requiring no stairs. From the moment the birds wake you, through to the gorgeous sunsets you will be mesmerised by the view of Lake King. Metung offers a variety of activities such as boating, fishing, sailing, walking and cycling. The State Forests and beaches are a short drive away.

As evidenced by the feature photo, the house offers sweeping views of Lake King and the Boole Poole Peninsula. This panoramic view now includes the Metung Hot Springs resort, our new neighbours, positioned some 20 metres from our water view deck. “Dee’s Cottage” Fully renovated country cottage

“Dee” is an original fisherman’s cottage from Paynesville which has been fully renovated and modernised into a self contained studio style space, while retaining some of the original charm. The cottage is located on a small acerage property on the doorstep of the Gippsland Lakes and a short drive to the mountains. “Dee” is the perfect spot for a quiet getaway.
