Stabl Y Felin - a unique, eco stable conversion

Stabl Y Felin is a Grade 2 listed converted stable attached to a heritage corn mill, that has been lovingly restored using traditional skills and sustainable materials and furnishings. With it's 4.5m ceilings, the stabl comes with an airy bedroom with kingsize sleigh bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, sitting room with reclaimed kitchenette and breakfast bar, and a hayloft with a kingsize futon hidden on top for the brave. A peaceful, rustic, village getaway in the hills, 4 miles from the coast.

The old workshop

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The old workshop is perfectly located for exploring the cardigan bay coastline, or the Cambrian mountains (Newquay beach is 13 miles away, and Lampeter town 6 miles away). There is also a mill pond and 180 acres of private land to access freely from your doorstep. There are no main roads in sight and the peacefulness and lack of noise is bliss. There is a decking area to the rear with electric awning. Property has 1 king size bed and 1 bed settee.

The Cwtch is a cosy cabin with a log burner and bi-folds that lead out onto a decked area with stunning views of the rolling hills, a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening! Please note, we allow up to two well-behaved dogs (no other pets), if you would like to bring your best friend(s) along.
