La casa è perfetta per ogni stagione, nei mesi estivi per la sua vicinanza al mare e per la sua vista meravigliosa, per nuotare e prendere il sole, in autunno e inverno, per le escursioni, l'arrampicata e le visite archeologiche. Buon cibo e ottimo vino rallegreranno la permanenza in qualsiasi stagione. L'aria condizionata è in ogni stanza da letto e il soggiorno ha una bella stufa a pellets. In terrazzo, grazie al Wi-Fi, si potrà navigare su internet, per svago o per lavoro, con vista mare.

Jolie petite maison à la campagne

La maison, située dans un grand domaine agricole à Pelau, est très pratique pour visiter les plages de l'Ogliastra (la + proche est à 10 minutes en voiture). La structure se caractérise par une grande terrasse avec vue sur la campagne, accessible à partir du premier étage, qui agit comme un porche au rez-de-chaussée. La maison dispose d'un jardin avec barbecue, éclairée la nuit. La salle de séjour et la cuisine sont au rez-de-chaussée, la chambre est au premier étage. 2 salle de bains.

Il rifugio Lampathu si trova a 8,9 km dal centro abitato di Urzulei. La costruzione in pietra è perfettamente integrata nel paesaggio circostante, riprendendone i colori e le luci. Qui, gli escursionisti troveranno riparo dal maestrale nella stagione fredda e refrigerio nei pomeriggi estivi: le pareti in pietra garantiscono un isolamento termico senza paragoni. Built in the 40s, with traditional furniture but with all the comforts, garden with car spot, in a little street in Villaputzu, 10 minutes from Porto Corallo, 15 from the wild Murtas beach and about 30 minutes from the famous Castiadas and Villasimius beaches.
