No water toilet with water tab, only traditional dry toilet available. Gas grill and rowing boat included.

Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.
