Our Hacienda sits on 40 Acres of land that was once one of the areas original Coffee plantations. Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Our place offers something for everyone..a perfect place to enjoy and make Memories!

Casa El Guarumo sits at the top of our 4-acre permaculture farm, situated between Parque Internacional La Amistad and the town of San Vito, Coto Brus. Come to reset and unwind. Terra Foc is a completely private one room space. The hotel has a private pool exclusively for the guests of this room. Next to the pool there is a "ranch" with kitchen and terrace also private. The views of ocean and mountain and the isla del caño, are spectacular from everywhere in the property. Most of our guests have called our place paradise, and it has been featured in a novel as such... There are five unique beaches from 5 to 25 minutes away, and we are 400m away from the waterfall.

The River House

The River House is perfect for any couple or family looking to get away from the everyday hustle of life. This well kept, spacious, and newly renovated West Indies - styled house is located in a quiet, safe town with great local restaurants and little traffic.
