Welcome to FAIROAKS Little Woburn town Barn. SECURE PARKING ON PROPERTY UNLIMITED ULTRA FAST WIFI Our barn is located in a quiet residential area in the heart of the town. In the beautiful town of Launceston. “GATEWAY TO CORNWALL” Our property is positioned within a 10 minute level walk to the town centre. Which boasts stunning scenery and architecture; including the English Heritage Launceston Castle - showing stunning views of our town. Our property is only 5 minutes from the main A30 .

Shepherds Hut, Cornwall, ‘Noah’s Ark’ at Hillside

Noah’s Ark is our Shepherd’s Hut situated in a rural conservation area just inside Cornwall and nestles between our goat’s & ponies’ paddock and overlooks our bordering river. The surrounding area is perfect for cycling & walks on Bodmin & Dartmoor & equidistant from the north & south coasts. We are lucky to have achieved our dream of living in Cornwall with our animals and want to share the experience with others who would love to escape to this life. Well behaved dogs are very welcome

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Scarlett's Barn

Scarlett's Barn is set in spectacular countryside with amazing views - particularly of the sunset! It is quiet, private and secluded. Ideally located to explore Dartmoor and Bodmin moors, Padstow, the Eden Project and many of North Cornwall's finest beaches - great surfing. Perfect for cyclists with plenty of interesting cycle routes in the area. 45mins from Exeter, 35mins from Plymouth. Close to Launceston, Tavistock and Bodmin. Scarlett's Barn is only 5min from A30

The Dairy, near Launceston

Our accommodation is a beautifully converted dairy. Its half way between the north and south coasts of Cornwall and also within easy reach of both Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. The whole place has underfloor heating and is all on one level, with its own garden. Our farm is tucked away in a small hamlet, with lots of lovely walks to be had both on and around it. There is also an excellent pub within walking distance. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs.

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. PLEASE NOTE for health and safety reasons we exclude children under 8 years of age

Orchard Barn

Self contained converted barn adjacent to owner’s cottage, with views over Dartmoor. Property comprises, double bedroom, shower room and living room with with small kitchenette and dining area. Orchard Barn is in a rural location, the nearest shop restaurant/pub is 3 miles away, where EV charging is also available. We do not provide EV charging at the property. Two miles from A30 junction. Dartmoor 8 miles, Bude 16 miles and Launceston 5 miles

The Gatehouse, Bradstone Manor

Stay in a Grade 1 listed Jacobean gatehouse, set in marvellous Devon countryside - a perfect place to unwind. The silence and stars at night are breathtaking. Our land has far reaching views to Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, and then slopes down to the Tamar river. You can walk over the 600 acre farm, or take to the nearby moors! The beaches of North Devon and Cornwall are only 45 minutes away.

Detached Cottage with garden and Dartmoor views

Detached cottage on the edge of Dartmoor. Located down a bumpy farm lane, adjacent to a private equestrian smallholding. Dogs welcome. Well equipped kitchen, good quality sofas and beds, unlimited superfast WiFi, reserved car parking space with EV charge point (see ^ below), gas central heating and wood burning stove for a cosy winter stay, air-conditioning for a comfortable summer stay.
