In condivisione con il proprietario e gli altri ospiti troverete il giardino con zona BARBECUE e la PISCINA, ottimi per sorseggiare un buon bicchiere di Barbera e un piatto di formaggi.

We love having people come to enjoy the house and gardens and meeting new people from all over the world. Situated with its back to the village of Govone, the only views are that of nature giving you the best of both worlds. Sauna and Hot Tub available all year with salt water pool open in-season (April - September).

Many beautiful small towns to visit including Barolo and Barbaresco.

Séjournez dans un appartement de 150 m² situé au rez-de-chaussée d’un immeuble du XVIIᵉ siècle, en plein cœur du centre historique de Costigliole d’Asti. Depuis le balcon, profitez d’une vue dégagée sur les collines des Langhe-Roero et Monferrato, classées au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO. Un lieu où le charme de l’ancien se mêle à une décoration chaleureuse : fresque d’époque, parquet ancien, cheminées et mobilier chiné créent une atmosphère authentique et élégante.

Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.

The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
