This beautifully sloping lot with a semi-private lagoon is at one of the widest locations of the Tennessee River/Wheeler Lake. Multiple rooms have panoramic views of the lake and ZERO development across the water. The home includes a huge game room, covered outdoor living area outdoorand spacious kitchen to accommodate ALL the cooks! The south-facing windows provide colorful sunrise and sunset views. One pet is allowed

Bring your own wood!Amenities : Pool open (Memorial Day -Labor day) playground, pickleball, tennis and basketball court!Enjoy NO steps to pier! Dogs allowed with one time $65 pet fee. Enjoy waterfront views of peaceful Wheeler Lake in this spacious home that sleeps 12! 6 bedrooms (4 king, 2 queen), 3 full baths, and 2 half baths. The home offers a kitchen, living room, and 3 bedrooms on each floor. Ideal for large groups or multi-family stays. Take in miles of sparkling water from the deck, patio, and nearly every room. Watch boats and barges drift by. Head to the fenced backyard and down to the 34’x27’ private dock—perfect for lounging, fishing, or tying up your boat.

Family Friendly River Camp! Bring the Boat!

Come and relax on the river with the whole family! We are on the water with a dock with boat ties and swim ladder. During summer months we are accessible by boat. We do NOT have year around water so if you book after Labor Day it’s dependent upon TVA. Completely furnished kitchen with an air fryer for those chicken nuggets. Coffee maker too! We are safety minded for those with small children. We have plenty of life jackets. The top deck has a locking gate to keep the stairs blocked off.

Oversized porch swing and outdoor loveseat. Wood burning fireplace in the livingroom. And a fully stocked kitchen (plenty of pots and pans, blender, crockpot, toaster, dishware, flatware). Pets are welcome and there is a 1-time $50 pet fee.
