This beautifully sloping lot with a semi-private lagoon is at one of the widest locations of the Tennessee River/Wheeler Lake. Multiple rooms have panoramic views of the lake and ZERO development across the water. The home includes a huge game room, covered outdoor living area outdoorand spacious kitchen to accommodate ALL the cooks! The south-facing windows provide colorful sunrise and sunset views. Relax in our cozy cabin overlooking the neighborhood peninsula surrounded by Lake Wheeler! Walking access to the water for bank fishing and kayaking on a community trail. 1.5 miles from Lucy's Branch Marina, minutes from the Elk River boat ramps and Wheeler State Park. Plenty of parking in the driveway on the 1/2 acre lot for tournament fishermen. Plenty of grass for the pets and kids to play. Enjoy the views from the upper and lower decks . The river view and sunsets in the fall are Amazing!

Family Friendly River Camp! Bring the Boat!

Come and relax on the river with the whole family! We are on the water with a dock with boat ties and swim ladder. During summer months we are accessible by boat. We do NOT have year around water so if you book after Labor Day it’s dependent upon TVA. Completely furnished kitchen with an air fryer for those chicken nuggets. Coffee maker too! We are safety minded for those with small children. We have plenty of life jackets. The top deck has a locking gate to keep the stairs blocked off.

My great-grandmother's house has been completely remodeled and renovated to include amenities such as a tankless water heater, a heated bathroom floor, and 3 separate mini split units strategically placed so each guest can control their ideal sleeping temperature. It is conveniently located near the Robert Trent Jones golf course and Colbert Alloys Park boat ramp. I remodeled this house as though I was going to be the one living in it, so I know you'll love it.
