Great place, and fun location. Not suggested for light sleepers but it was a great place for my rowdy group!

Just stayed a night but would have stayed more. Good spot near downtown. Perfect for a Louisville excursion.

Very quaint little neighborhood. The space feels bigger on the inside than the pictures look. It was very homey and comfortable, would stay again gladly.

Although we had to, unfortunately, cancel our stay at Nora’s at the last minute, we look forward to staying at her place in the future. Nora was quick and courteous with communication before our trip, and with the cancellation process as well. I felt terrible having to cancel so last minute, but she was very understanding. I’m sure the home is as lovely as Nora!

This place was just as it was listed. Very clean and cozy. Great host! I will definitely stay again.

My stay here was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful and so peaceful and serene. The bathroom is gorgeous, the bed was so comfy. Kathy was wonderful to speak to and I felt right at home. I would absolutely stay here again if I am ever back this way.

The house was beautiful and exactly what was described. We messed up and locked ourselves out and they took care of that very quickly for us. Very nice area in downtown. When we go back again we will see if it is available and book there again. Thank you!

This was a delightful place, one of my best stays. The interior seemed newly refurbished. It was bright and inviting, with nice decor. The couch was comfortable and clean, and the blankets seemed clean as well. As far as tv's go, there is a huge tv in each room - unheard-of! It is in a very, very quiet neighborhood., and it was nice to walk out the door and hear birds chirping. Check-in was a breeze and the hosts texted at the beginning, middle and end of our stay just to make sure we didn't need anything. All-in-all, great experience!

The place is walkable to downtown and only 2 blocks from a famous local candy shop with 20 minute tours of their production facility. It is worth trying. Downtown is a beautiful walk with art, historical signage near the buildings, nice shops, coffee, ice cream, and an art walk. This is a beautiful little town with easy access to the Bourbon Trail. The house is clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen with plenty of coffee and tea to get you going in the morning.

Larissa is very responsive. We really didn’t need to contact her for anything except to ask for a slightly later checkout. But she kept in contact with me making sure everything was good on our end. Walkable to UK campus, Kroger (end of the block), restaurants, and bars. Easy drive to MANY places/areas. Place was very clean, beds were so comfortable. The area was quiet. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

My old college friends and I have gotten together for many years and enjoy staying in different cities. We were in Louisville to see a musical but wanted to stay some place more quiet. Kevin's river front home was perfect for us! We loved sitting around the fire at night, watching the barges go by and enjoyed peaceful walks in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!

The 5 of us all really liked Alberto's home. It was nicely furnished, comfortable with plenty of seating for us all, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were more than enough blankets and towels. The backyard is very private and Alberto left us some firewood for the firepit which we enjoyed after a long day of walking, sightseeing, and tasting bourbons. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance and the cemetery where M. Ali is buried is basically 2 blocks away. We all agreed that we would stay at this Air B & B again should we find ourselves in Louisville in the future.

Very nice place to stay. Trouble getting in and had to wait for the door code but once host responded everything was very smooth and he accommodated very well afterwards.

Stayed here with my son for a baseball tournament. Very clean place, easy to check in and out, great coffee place and restaurants nearby, and the pool/ping pong table was a lot of fun for us in our down time. Is recommend this place to anyone visiting E-town! Thanks, Tracey, for the wonderful stay!

Awesome stay, condo is super chill and has everything you need, we felt right at home! Probably the best guidebook I've ever seen in terms of instructions and recommendations, very helpful! Neighborhood is great, walking distance to a ton of restaurants/bars/breweries, and a quick Uber to downtown or Churchill Downs. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in town, thanks for everything Matt!

This was the perfect stay for a few days in Lexington visiting family and exploring the surrounding area. Safe neighborhood and convenient location. Perfectly sized space for my husband, baby, and I!

We only needed to book for one night and we booked our stay last minute. Deirdre responded immediately and we were able to check in early. The condo was great and just as the pictures show. My granddaughters are 2 and 4 and they loved the snacks that were in a basket as soon as you walked in. The living room and kitchen were great. The half bath downstairs was very convenient with kids. The bedrooms are very large and the beds were very comfortable! The bathrooms were very clean. The whole place was amazing and we would definitely stay again. Thanks so much! 😊

Stayed there to visit some bourbon distilleries and also the KY Derby. Wanted a cute place for four adults. The place was clean and looked just like the pics. Check in was clear and easy. We had a small snafu with the washer but it was not a big deal and Jon was super responsive and offered us a solution immediately, which was kind, but we did not need. If we ever come back to the area, would def stay again.

I came out to Louisville to visit my sister who was having a baby. This place was super convenient for us since it was so close to the hospital. It was easy to get in and all the rooms were super clean. I definitely would come back to stay again!

We stayed at Brandon’s place for two nights because we were seeing a concert at Kroger Field… Best decision ever!! We walked to and from the concert and got post-concert food from Naz’s Halal Food right down the street (phenomenal, must-try). The space was clean, fairly easy to find with the directions from Brandon, and extremely convenient for events at Kroger Field. This space is great for a quick trip and Brandon was very proactive in communicating with us. Highly recommend!!

This place was great! Very clean, modern, and in a good area. It was walkable distance to restaurants and bars or a short drive to some of the other areas we really like in Louisville. Had all the amenities we needed, and would be good for a longer stay as well. Had waters waiting for us in the fridge and provided coffee which is nice! We would definitely stay here again.
