Welcome to Dower Cottage, our family home just 10m from the beach. Designed as an "upside-down" house, upper floors maximize ever-changing views of our beautiful rocky bay. From the windows, you can watch the daily rhythms of the sea while the Napoleonic Icho Tower stands watch in the distance. A front patio offers a lovely spot for dining and sunbathing. As this is our home, we warmly invite you to relax and enjoy the space, and we ask that you treat our property and possessions with care.

Give yourself a taste of Jersey life in this brand new beautiful quaint Jersey apartment in the parish of St Clements. Quaint Farm shop next door selling local produce. Beautiful sandy beach 15 minutes walk away. Bus right outside straight into St Helier- just 15 minutes. As this apartment is brand new we have limited photos of the interior- due to this we are offering a reduction in price for just £100 per night throughout February and March 2024.

At the beach - quiet and private

Our guest apartment is alongside our own house with its own parking and entrance and private south-facing patio garden. We are on the coast in the parish of St Clement and have private beach access from our property. There is a bus stop at the end of our drive and the buses run throughout the day and until late. There is a Coop supermarket two doors away. Coastal and rockpool rambles on your doorstep and easy access to the country lanes too.

Historic Country Cottage in Trinity, Jersey

La Chasse cottage is nestled among 10 acres of private fields and woodlands in the heart of the Jersey countryside and dates back to the 16th century. It has recently been renovated to extremely high standards with underfloor heating and geothermal and photovoltaic renewable energies. The parish of Trinity is a place of natural beauty, with the sea, cliff paths and coastal, diving and other coastal activities only a short walk away.
