We are less than 2 Miles to West Bay, Downtown Traverse City and grocery stores. This quiet location has its own private entrance with plenty of parking for your boat toys. Private studio apartment in the Village of Suttons Bay. One half block off Main Street, just across from the beach and marina. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and movie theater. Grab your bike and head down the TART Trail to Traverse City and take the BATA Bus back or just stroll through our quaint unique downtown shops. Travel to local wineries, Leland's Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Bicycle storage available in lower level with owner approval. No pets please.

BRAND NEW "farmstay" apartment nestled above our charming farmer's market in Traverse City, Michigan. Come enjoy the scenic views and local attractions. Cafe/retail market: Weds-Fri 8-2 p.m, Sat & Sun 9-2 p.m. Located 12 minutes from downtown Traverse City, along the renowned M-72 "farming corridor". 1-2 well-behaved dogs are permitted.
