The Orchard House by Katy Trail

Dubbed the Orchard house since being on Orchard street. This newly renovated stand alone home on a quiet dead end road is just what the doctor ordered. Located just 2 miles to the start of the historic Katy Trail makes this a great spot. Also, we are only minutes away from Truman Lake which boasts some of the best crappie and spoonbill fishing around. A dedicated shed with lock is provided at the back of the home for bike storage. A short walk to the historic square with shopping + eateries!

The little White Cottage

Nestled in the heart of the countryside, our charming country cottage exudes an irresistible allure. With its quaint pitched roof, inviting flower-beds grassy pathways, and breathtaking sunset views that leave you speechless , it's a haven of rustic elegance. The gentle rustling of deer in the woodsy landscape and the distant calls of birds provide a serene soundtrack to your stay. The cottage's interior is a blend of vintage charm and modern comforts. Private Waterfront Relaxation at Peppermint Cove!

Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our quiet, peaceful, private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

This cozy and well-maintained space offers a unique glimpse into the past while providing all the modern comforts you need for a comfortable stay. A king, queen and pullout queen beds give you plenty of space for rest. Off street parking for up to three vehicles and a privacy fenced back yard. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, our 1920s two bedroom and one bath cottage is a comfortable and nostalgic retreat.

Honey Creek Hideaway at Back Country Camp

Escape to this quiet, seemingly remote country getaway nestled down a peaceful, tree-canopied lane. Relax and unwind amid big woods, creeks, woodland trails, complete with a very large strip pit lake, and smaller lake just mere feet from your private cabin. Use our large covered dock, kayaks, paddle boat, canoe and explore all this huge waterscape and land have to offer. All manner of Missouri wildlife reside here.

Cozy Windsor studio ideal overnights or a week, but also great for traveling nurses, mid-term stays, or insurance housing. Features a queen bed, twin hide-a-bed, Roku TV, full kitchen, and separate laundry room with washer/dryer. Secure indoor bike parking. Easy access to Katy & Rock Island Trails. A block from downtown with off-street parking. Quiet, clean, and perfect for extended stays or weekend getaways.

Convenient and comfortable! Our Colorful Cottage is within minutes of UCM and about 10 minutes from WAFB. We have the Cottage with all the amenities needed for a nightly, weekly, or a monthly stay. Your dogs are welcome to stay as well! Pet Policy: $30-1 dog $10-each additional Please keep dogs off of furniture at all times. Kennel if anxious or destructive when left alone. Our modern cabins come complete with a full kitchen, a full bath, 3 separate sleeping areas and a living area to relax in. We have A/C, heat, WiFi, and cable TV. We are located in the country and sometimes the wifi doesn't always work. Our campground includes our bulk food store, DutchValleyWarrensburg on the premises for all your shopping needs. EV chargers available also. Pets are not allowed.

The Broken Spoke

"The Broken Spoke" nightly rental sits on just over a quiet acre of land only steps from the Katy Trail and minutes from local restaurants and shopping. We can accommodate up to six in the house, we have additional camping space available for larger groups upon request, as well as extended stay rates.
