Carlsbad Treasure! 3b/3b, beaches, golf, fun!

Relaxing and spacious 3BD/3BA private home, in a quiet neighborhood. There is a large patio, outdoor dining, gas grill, fire pit, and outdoor games. 1 mile to the lagoon, 2 miles to the beach, and a short drive (5-10 minutes) to Legoland, golf, restaurants and shopping. Relax around the house and charming Carlsbad Village or take advantage of the many attractions between Los Angeles and San Diego. Quiet Hours are 10pm-10am. Jacob lives in an apt on the property and keeps to himself.
