My family & I spend 5 nights in this beautiful home. We had 4 adults with 3 fur babies. We truly enjoyed our stay. I love to cook & Jane’s kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped. The open fire place was perfect. The outside area was ideal for our dogs to run around safely. Short drive to lots of cute towns. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a great country weekend away.

We had a great stay at Magdalena’s home. The house was clean and as described. The hot tube and fire pit were great. Close to a lot of things to do. Definitely recommend!

I have been to many places but this house was top notch I'm glad I got to stay there with my family. everyone was very happy with the property. I would like to stay in the summer as well

We loved staying here we would love to repeat Matt and Colleen were really responsive and we loved how we could stay there and feel like we were at home plus it was super clean the hot tub 5 star and it was a relaxing place the beds super comfy everything was great we would definitely coming back it’s a 5 star stay ❤️

We enjoyed our stay here and can tell how much work was put into making it a cozy guest house. Lyle was very responsive and friendly. The house met our needs and we always had a parking space out front. The cost was very reasonable and we highly recommend booking a stay at Butler guesthouse!

Fantastic stay!! Home is unique and spacious. Great common areas but the layout of the house also allows for some privacy if someone wants to go to bed early, nap etc. which was ideal for our family. Outdoor space is beautiful! lots of wildlife to admire. Fishing ponds were the highlight of my 15yr olds stay. He caught perch, brook trout, brown trout and rainbows! We all had a blast and can’t wait to go back! Did a few day excursions to Jim Thorpe, Hickory Run and a few other stops, all a quick trip from ‘home’! Gary was attentive and extremely welcoming! Great host!

I'll be honest, I don't really write reviews. This house is my exception. This property exceeded every expectation my family and I had for our vacation. The property was accurately described with every amenity imaginable! Additionally, the extra touches on the property made our stay comfortable and really memorable. We had never been to the Poconos before, and this property elevated our experiences. We plan to return and hopefully stay in this home again. Finally, Penpa's communication was second to none. Every step of the trip the host provided detailed instructions, quick support with any questions, and reasonable flexibility with requests that made their property the best experience my wife or I have ever had with Airbnb in the 13 years we've used the service. Thank you to both of you for a wonderful experience. Your home is something special, and the way you run your property is exceptional. We really appreciated it.

We had a great stay here. The home felt cozy and spacious for a large family. The home was also very clean and free of clutter. Great space for families with kids. The jacuzzi was great touch, specially on the cooler mornings. Would book again, strongly recommended!

The space was as described and pictured! The adults and children enjoyed the open concept, game room, and outdoor space.

Our family loved staying at Elyse's home! The big kids had a blast playing the games in the basement while the grown-ups enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Elyse went out of her way to ensure the driveway and walkways were salted as there was a lot of ice. She was a wonderful host and we would definitely return!

This is my first Airbnb review, despite how many properties I’ve stayed in. I feel compelled to write because David was amazing. Super accommodating, beautiful property and that hot tub was perfect! He was very responsive, helpful and kind. I would totally stay at this property again. And thanks to the property manager, Don, who was totally amazing as well. I loved every minute of it.

Host was extremely kind and quick to respond. Very clear details and instructions. She also recommended local places, sent us events going on during our stay, and told us their favorite things to do in the community which was great and helped us decide what to prioritize during our weekend trip! The lake was stunning and we saw tons of wildlife! We had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for a better host! Thank you for letting us stay!!

Was a great stay! Nice location private but not way out of the way that couldn’t reach local attractions easily. Very clean and comfortable accommodations - very well stocked with most basics you would need. The pups loved the yard!

I had the most wonderful experience. From the moment me and my family arrived, we were blown away by how impeccably clean the entire space was. Everything was spotless, from the floors to the bathroom, the beds were extremely comfortable and it truly felt like a home away from home. The area is so peaceful, my dog had a ball being able to enjoy open space. The host was absolutely amazing, super friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed. Communication was seamless, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I have already recommended this place to my friends and other family members, and I’ll definitely be back! 5 stars all the way!

Maria and Max’s place was everything we dreamed of! It was a nice seclude, a cabin with a large backyard and a wonderful fire pit. We loved the decor inside the house, the beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was as described. It’s in a great location approximately 20 to 30 minute drive to multiple cute small towns in Catskills. We can’t wait to bring our friends back next time!

My husband and I spent our wedding night and the first part of our honeymoon at Julius’s tiny home, and we could NOT have made a better decision! It was such a beautiful and peaceful experience. It is close many local restaurants and places that we hold dear such as “Heaven’s Embrace” by Eternal Flame of Hope Ministires. The direct river assess provided breathtaking views both day and night, and my husband even caught a glimpse of a bald eagle catching a fish! The home itself was adorable and just the right size for the two of us! We loved spending time outside by the fire while listening to the river. Julius was so very kind and informative throughout our entire experience! We truly can not recommend his tiny home enough, or any of his other properties which I hear are just as beautiful as well! The only “issue” that I believe has been noted before is that the water smells at times; however, it wasn’t a huge problem for us, and would definitely NOT stop us from booking again! ?

I enjoyed my stay in the Poconos!The studio had everything you may need & more! It was spacious & beautiful views from all of the windows.I especially enjoyed the rainfall shower & nature in the backyard! It was close enough to town, yet quaint! Definitely a place to stay😊

We had an amazing time at Vanessa's mountain retreat despite the weather not cooperating! The location along the river was peaceful and the community provided an easy hike when the rain broke. The cabin kept us cozy by the fireside with plenty of space for the 6 of us on this girl's weekend to curl up and watch movies and enjoy each other's company. Would go again and hope for better weather to get out and explore the area.
