Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There are three different areas to rest, do puzzles and watch TV in front of a gas fireplace . Then, a large screen porch to watch the amazing sunsets! Two inside baths and 1 outside bath. A small opened porch and a large outdoor deck. There is a cook shed with grill and outdoor fire pit. Then, best of all, a boat house with two electric boat lifts and an opened deck and sheltered deck. Sunflower Cottage is calling your name!

Southern Comfort & Charm on Lake Blackshear… a large walk out porch and gorgeous view, outdoor seating with swings, rockers and large couches. With four bedrooms it’s great for small family gatherings, girls weekends, or couples. Book a weekend, week or a month. Pets considered, but MUST be approved with $100 p/pet.

Waterfront Paradise- Private Boat Ramp & Fishing

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). Its beautiful country life so come enjoy it with us! It is duckweed season! Duckweed is a harmless (annoying) green plant that thrives in still water like our cove. It floats on top of the water and is a nuisance. Please see photos for reference during this season.
