Our full basement apartment with private entrance is modest but comfortable. Located within one mile of Asbury Seminary and University, our space is ideally suited for commuting students, out-of-town guests, or folks visiting the beautiful Bluegrass region. Our home is a 15-minute walk from the campuses and business district. We are a family of six and you will occasionally hear our boys upstairs, but as a Christian family, we strive to treat our guests as we would want to be treated. Reg. 9485

Book the 2nd floor Loft of this beautiful historic house. Located on West 2nd St. with easy on street parking. Walkable to downtown off ofJefferson St with shops and restaurants. Hop skip or jump to the new Gatton Park. Easy walk to Rupp Arena, The Civic Center, Triangle Park and all that Downtown Lexington has to offer. Sweet access to The Bourbon Trail! The University of Kentucky is less than 2 miles away, KY Horse Park, The Bluegrass Airport, and Keeneland are all within a 15 minute drive.

This private studio apartment is in a historic triplex near the University of Kentucky and downtown Lexington, KY. There are two large rooms - a kitchen and a bedroom - in addition to the small bathroom. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed and a full-sized futon couch (for an additional sleeping option). The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Forget something? Kroger grocery is only 1/2 block away, as are a variety of local restaurants, bars, and retail stores!

A hidden treasure in the heart of the city. The space has a modern feel in a historic setting. Built in 1897, the building was first purposed as a tavern, and then housed several businesses through the years. In the 1980s, the building was renovated and transformed into two living spaces. This space is the first level, The Penthouse On Lime is the top level and is also available for rent. Original hardwood floors and high ceilings add to the charm of this gorgeous urban space.
