Set within the heart of a Derbyshire Dales village but less than 3 miles away from the town of Uttoxeter with it's Racecourse, bars, eateries and shops We are close to the A50 and A38 providing easy links to major motorways.

Apartment is adjoining our property so we are on hand if needed but is separate from our house so noise isn't an issue.
