Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. My two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa in Catalina sleeps 6 with a full kitchen and an incredible ocean view. I’ve nicknamed my place “Sense of Porpoise.” Dolphins, whales and other sea life are often spotted from my oceanfront patio. The villa is in a gated community called Hamilton Cove, which includes a swimming pool, hot tub, rec room, tennis courts and a nine-hole put course. A six-person golf cart is included.
