Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

The apartment is located in Lido of Venezia, the biggest island of Venice (famous for the International Movie Festival) comfortable to get to with public transport ('vaporetti, ferry boat, etc..) to get to Venice and other islands in the laguna. Located in a residential unit, there are 2 bedrooms available: One master suite and a double bedroom. The apartment, in addition, is made up of a bathroom, large living room, ideal for 4 people. the closest supermarket and pharmacy are 5 minutes away.

Vue d'un côté sur l'église San Giovanni Di Paolo, de l'autre sur un Rio plein sud. Situé tout près du centre dans un quartier calme authentique qui a gardé le charme vénitien et d'un supermarché avec une vue magnifique sur San Michele et la lagune.

Stunning views

As you lean over of the many balconies, you will feel as if you were flying above Venice. A stunning view sweeps round you, a panorama from St Mark’s Campanile to the Molino Stucky, and to the ships anchored in the harbour below. The silence is broken only by the seagulls’ cries and the chiming of church bells. The apartment nestles between Campo San Barnaba and the Accademia Bridge, not far from the 18th-century palace of Ca’ Rezzonico where the ferry stops.

"Il ramo di kaki" is a 120 square meters' very comfortable apartment. It was my grandparents’ summer residence during the ‘50’s. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is located on the second floor of the historical house on the main street of Lido, the Gran Viale. Casa Pusterla è un piacevole appartamento con comodo giardino esclusivo a Sant'Elena, la zona più verde e tranquilla del centro storico, completamente esente acqua alta, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Biennale e dalla fermata dei mezzi pubblici da cui potrai raggiungere direttamente il centro città (Piazza San Marco dista 20 minuti a piedi), il Lido con le sue spiagge e la Mostra del Cinema, e le isole di Murano, Burano e Torcello.

Siamo due sorelle Claudia e Chiara, nate e cresciute nella Venezia più autentica. Apparteniamo alla sesta generazione di veneziani della nostra famiglia. Insieme a mamma Marisa e papà Carlo, vi apriamo le porte del nostro appartamento che si trova nel cuore del Sestiere di Castello, a due passi dalla Biennale, a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e a due fermate di vaporetto dalla spiaggia del Lido di Venezia.

Casa vista mare da cui si può accedere in pochi minuti ad un litorale di spiaggia fine lungo 10 km. Dal centro del lido ( distante circa 10 minuti a piedi) si può raggiungere piazza San Marco , cuore della città , con un bellissimo viaggio in vaporetto della durata di 10 minuti . La casa ti permette di essere lontano dal turismo di massa ma di essere vicino comunque al centro storico .
