Vuonna 1928 rakennetun puurivitalon yläkerran 28-neliöinen yksiö on muunnettu kolmen asuttavaksi viihtyisäksi pesäksi. Ateljee 28 on omistajaparin vapaa-ajanasunto ja etätyöateljee, joka on sisustettu rakkaudella valituilla ja perinnöksi saaduilla vintage- ja design-aarteilla. Yksityiskohtia syleilevä remontti on valmistunut 1.7.2024.

The cottage is located on a large 3.5-hectare lot in a secluded area surrounded by small ponds. You can enjoy the gentle heat of the wood sauna and then relax in the warm water of the hot tub. At sunset, you can see moose, deer, and other forest animals grazing in the nearby field from the terrace. You can also head to the nearby forests to pick mushrooms and berries and prepare dinner from them. Small pets are allowed!

Mökki sijaitsee rauhallisella asuinalueella Kaarinan Littoisissa. Turun keskustaan matkaa 8 km. Bussipysäkille n.700 m. Littoistenjärven uimaranta kävelymatkan päässä (2km). Mökissä tilava huone, jossa vuodepaikkoja kahdelle ja jääkaappi, sekä wc ja suihku. Viihtyisällä terassilla voit nauttia auringosta ja linnunlaulusta. Pihalla on parkkipaikka autolle. Omistajan talo sijaitsee pihapiirissä.

Beautiful, newly completely renovated one bedroom apartment in the east center. The market square, restaurants, shops and universities are within walking distance. The nearest grocery store and restaurant are 200 m away. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) and a comfortable spare bed for one is brought into the living room when necessary. The apartment has also air conditioning.
