Our cabin is spacious & light drenched. It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Guests have private Studio access, quality double bed/sleeps 2, ensuite bathroom, spacious living area, functional eat-in kitchen and quiet courtyard. The Studio is a 5min walk to Lilyfield tram/light rail station and multiple bus routes. Close to Balmain/NY fireworks

Charming self-contained garden chalet in Inner Sydney in small leafy backyard off Blackwattle Bay. Access through house. Cook St is off Glebe Pt Rd with its cafes, pubs, bookshops, amenities, and Broadway Shopping Centre. 10 min walk thru park to TramSheds. Ferry to Barangaroo at bottom of road. Buses, lightrail to fish markets, Darling Harbour, markets, Central. Universities close. Friendly neighbours, parrots, possums, kookaburras. Happy dog, owner onsite. Will sleep 3 but 2 most comfortable.

Our boutique garden cottage offers a queen bedroom, separate lounge, kitch, bathroom/laundry. Blow up mattress for extra guests. Located Inner West - Leichhardt, with access to thé light rail a 4 min walk and 15 min ride to Darling Harbour. Central Station is 20 mins away. Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool and BBQ area at own risk. Leichhardt, on the flight path, offers a wonderful experience with restaurants, bars and cafes a 10 min walk to the vibrant Norton St.

Kookaburra Cottage Balmain

A perfect location to launch your Sydney visit in a secluded, leafy corner of Balmain. Catch the ferry from Balmain East to take in the spectacular views of the Bridge, Opera House and Circular Quay. The Balmain Peninsula is a hidden gem. Pubs, cafes and a great village feel. The Cottage is self contained with an ensuite, kitchenette and comfortable queen size bed. The backyard is a shared space with us in the main house so you'll likely see our family around.

Garden Studio in Ashfield

Hello from the hosts of the Garden Studio! If the dates you need accommodation for show as unavailable, send us an inquiry anyway as we may be able to host you. The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and kettle) and a full bathroom. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ashfield Station, and a 12 minute train ride into the city.

Our beautiful studio is located at the rear of our house in one of the finest streets in Alexandria, just a short stroll to the Australian Technology Park. The studio is completely separate from our house with private access to a landscaped courtyard. We are a 5 minute walk from the Waterloo Metro Station and a 10 minute walk from Redfern Station.

The Treehouse, a unique studio in Annandale

The Treehouse is a unique place to stay - private, comfortable and completely self-contained. Located at the bottom of the garden, separated from the main house by a timber fence, the Treehouse sits up high, nestled among frangipani and magnolia trees. It has its own entrance via the rear lane, and offers privacy in a lovely and secure setting.
