Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Ulcinj - Stonehouse in Oldtown with sea view

The "Apartment Goga" in the old town of Ulcinj - high above the city beach - was rebuilt after the earthquake in 1979 and completely renovated in 2020. The interior is a mixture of traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern country house style. Our apartment has been in the family for generations and is still our home for the most beautiful weeks of the year. It is the perfect starting point to explore the old town with its almost 2,500 years of history.

Sunset House 1

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

🌊 Our villa is located in Dobra Voda, right between Ulcinj and Bar, with the sea close enough to hear it from the terrace. Step outside and find the beach right below the villa. 🏡 With 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a big private pool, it's built for large families or groups, sleeping up to 14 guests. 📌 Restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, and supermarkets are all a 5-minute walk away, so you have everything you need close by.

Olive cabin

We still don’t have the pictures of this cabin so I put the photos of the neighbouring one as they are very similar inside and exactly the same outside. The Olive cabin is more in the open and has a view from the hill top.
