Beautiful area, home and within walking distance for everything. Definitely would come back!

This home was pure perfection. Excellent location overlooking the beautiful ocean. Walking distance to town with great sightseeing, restaurants and coffee shop. The home had everything you need, great views, comfortable furniture and a great kitchen/living room. So close to all the amazing attractions and beaches. We will come back again. Great place!

This place is a great stay in Newport! Lots to do around the Airbnb. Quiet and great for having a little toddler. The beach is walkable. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay in Lincoln City. The location is perfect being near the beach access and walkable to shops and restaurants. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in good working. order. Cute beach decor and many amenities were available to use.

Neil and Sue are great hosts and their home is so clean, cozy and beautiful. Clutter free. Has everything you could need for cooking; utinsels, plates, pots and pans, coffee maker, keurig, creamer, spices, etc. Cozy blankets in living room and bedrooms. Sliding glass doors in living room and master bedroom with a beautiful view of the golf course. Beautiful private patio outside by living room and view of golf course and a nice deck outside of the master bedroom upstairs. I highly recommend staying there. Neil and Sue respond quickly when you message them. I will definitely be back. Thank you Neil and Sue for your hospitality. Very much appreciated!!

It’s a beautiful home and very welcoming for children and pets. Childproof gates for the staircases were very thoughtful. There were games and toys and beach, chairs and shovels and pails and nice. Nice things for us to use at the beach. the beach is within walking distance and it’s a beautiful neighborhood. Lovely little café, where you can get coffee and ice cream within walking distance as well. A great state park is a four minute ride from this location and has a creek with tide pools that make it very accessible for children as well. We would come back again.

This place is phenomenal! If stairs are an issue, there are 16 stairs with a handrail to get into the unit. We didn't mind them. The place is well decorated, very welcoming, and man do they keep it CLEAN! It was wonderful! It's super close to Tidal Raves, the main strip, and the bay. They don't really advertise it, but it also has a balcony with a decent view. We look forward to coming back for another stay!
