The Nest: Forest Getaway on Mt Kessler near U of A

The 650 sq ft apartment is on the first floor of a home nestled on the side of Mt. Kessler, surrounded by woods on three sides. You'll have your own separate keypad entrance, full bath, kitchenette, TV, walk-in closet, and two rooms-one bedroom with a full-size bed and one with a pull-out full-size sofa sleeper. The kitchenette has a large fridge, microwave, and stocked Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy your coffee on one of the many hammocks and hanging chairs outside the apartment and on the gazebo.

The cabin is luxurious with all the modern amenities, hot tub professionally maintained, fast wifi and Roku TV. This is the perfect place to sneak away with a loved one for a long weekend on the river. By day you watch the constant stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks.

Great getaway in a beautifully maintained and updated original settlers log cabin filled with books of poetry and art, sunroom with rivaling porch swings for the classic settlers pastime of porchswing-offs, full kitchen and clawfoot bathtub, bedroom with full-sized bed, fifty acres of woodlands to explore, and an open field for watching the skies. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.
