We are 3kms from either Monivea or Abbeyknockmoy village with a selection of pubs ,shops, service station, takeaway and playground. its a 12 minute drive from the medieval town of Athenry.

Bridgies Cottage

Bridgies Cottage is situated in the seaside village of Cave, just 2 miles from Clarinbridge, It is a traditional thatched cottage, which has been renovated inside but still keeping most of the old charm and character. The view is amazing , The cottage can sleep 5 adults and 2 kids. , I will provide home made scones on arrival, and will have the fridge well filled ! I live next door so any queries you may have will be dealt with immedietly.

Ballindooley Castle

The Castle rests on about half an acre of land with Ballindooley Lake lying to the south west. It is surrounded by low walls and hedges: with a gated entrance controlled by an electronic security system. Features include 3 murders holes and a dungeon The castle was built by the DeBurgo family (approximately 1480). It had the distinction of being shelled by the British Gunboat ” Helga” during the1916 Rising to disband rebels

Curraghmore Cottage

Curraghmore Cottage is a lovingly restored traditional Irish cottage, nearly 100 years old. Newly renovated bungalow situated 10km drive from Galway city. Creggduff Cottage is located down a quiet lane 4km from the local village of Corrandulla, 13km from Headford and 29km from Cong. This house is a wonderful starting point for visiting the Wild Atlantic Way, Cong, Cliffs of Moher and exploring Galway city.

The farmhouse is a very peaceful and relaxing environment surrounded by beautiful walks with lots of farm animals. It is extremely private with access down a lane way making it safe for children. It has a front garden and a big area out the back, with lots of green area to play football and other games.
