The lower level boasts a family room with a pool table and an adjacent exercise room. Your will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

Whether you are staying for a few days or in town for a while, we hope you enjoy your stay. You have the master bedroom, a king bed, TV, dresser, closet, and desk. All open space on the main floor of the home is shared.

This is a nice,clean ranch in a safe location in east Cedar Rapids, 10 min from downtown. This is a larger room with a full bed, couch, desk/table, small refrigerator, 32” smart tv, internet, fireplace and a private entrance. You are welcome to use the bathrooms, kitchen, front & back porches. We live here and do have a cat. We offer 10% discount on weekly stays & 30% discount on monthly stays! Fully gutted and rehabbed in 2023, it features reclaimed cedar ship lap that lines the interior of the domed structure. This one bedroom home sleeps 4 comfortably with a king mattress in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa with chase in the living room. Very spacious bathroom, fully functional kitchen, laundry room, front patio, and workspace in the bedroom. This house is one of a kind!
