Das Haus war Perfekt, sehr schöner Strand und Pool und wir hatten genügend Platzt im Haus! Es wurde 2 mal Wöchentlich geputzt Betten gemacht und auch der Manager half wen man ihn brauchte! Danke für die tolle Unterkunft meine Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause. Wir hatten eine Wunderbare Zeit in Kosamui!

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille à la villa Indu Siam. Tout était parfait. La villa, située en bord de mer, est très belle, très bien conçue et aménagée et d'une grande propreté. Davide a toujours été très réactionnel à nos demandes en amont. Un bravo particulier à Anna et son équipe, quelle réactivité à tout point de vue : conseils sur les excursions, réservations de massages ( à domicile,c'était top ) de taxis, de restaurants, de golf, dépannage en temps record lors d'une crevaison en scooter, etc... et quelles fines cuisinières. Nous nous sommes régalés chaque matin avec leur délicieux petits-déjeuners ainsi que de trois repas du soir qui étaient tout simplement excellents. Tout cela dans une très grande discrétion. Un grand merci.

We are a family of eight (age 16-46) who stayed in Villa Vimana during Christmas 2022, and what a fantastic vacation it was! Andreas was the perfect host and there was no issue too trivial for him to help with, whether recommending restaurants, arranging airport pick-up, having groceries bought before arrival, assisting with renting scooters, or suggesting things to do on the island. The housekeeper is also a wonderful person and always willing to help. The house is lovely, clean and well kept, even better than in the pictures. The rooms are spacious and all with en-suite bathrooms, which we thought was a big advantage. The pool area is very nice and we spent long hours lazing by the pool, both day and evening. Electricity is paid for by usage and just to give an idea, we paid approx. 5.500 Baht (150 USD) for a 10-day stay. An absolutely amazing and completely unforgettable vacation, big thanks to Andreas for all the assistance. We definitely give our best recommendation.

We had amazing stay at Beach View Villa. The house was perfect for a family of 9 with a toddler, plenty of space both in bedrooms and in living room/kitchen. The infinity pool was amazing and the view from every room/space was really breathtaking. We never meet host Theerwat, but had a great welcome by Bill who took well care of us during the whole stay. Small maintenance issues during our stay was solved immediately. Extra plus for the very flexible early/late check out which made our stay very pleasant. We also paid extra to get breakfast one day by Hong which we highly recommend. Since it’s so private, there are not many restaurants near by, so renting a bike/car is preferable for daily transportation. The walk to beach is maybe not ideal for elderly since it’s so steep. In total, absolutely amazing house with breathtaking view, really recommend everyone to book this villa. We would definitely book this villa again.

Probably our favorite holiday rental ever. The care, warmth and very attentive service from Watt and Khung was incredible. Delicious breakfast prepared every day and we quickly figured out that it was far more relaxing to stay in for dinner and have our hosts prepare delicious fresh meals than go out. The house is stunning - both inside and out (view of the ocean never gets old) and very tastefully decorated. Great communication from Martin throughout as well, with helpful local recommendations

The owner was super friendly, she was very kind to let us early checkin, always online in case of any questions. She also provided us all advised and recommendation. Her guest house was very roomy, very nice and private terrace, bed and linens fresh and clean. The furniture and the kitchen appliances are not new but in very acceptable condition, AC in every room which is also very nice. Upon our request, she helped us with the transfer on fair price. Overall I can highly recommend this place to stay for more than 3 nights (that’s our stay). Please be informed that it will be an additional charge for electricity (we were charged for 85 kilowatts for 3 nights barely using AC) for about 500 baht. In general, great place, great owner, quiet neighbors and wonderful Koh Samui. Thank you, Ying !!!

The Villa was excellent for our week long stay in Lamai. Very clean and comfortable. Pool was a huge bonus! Pat was an excellent communicator throughout our stay. He was prompt, helped us answer many questions regarding the villa itself, motorbike rentals, pool cleaning service, taxi service, food delivery etc etc (the oven was a little confusing for us to figure out but he sent a clear video on how to get it going) great service from the whole team! 5 Star service all the way! For longer stays Be sure to bring your own paper towels (none provided) trash bags, laundry soap, and toilet paper as no extras are provided in the Villa. Other than that the Villa is fully stocked with high end kitchen ware. Highly recommended! Will stay here again! Didi and Troy Big Bear Lake California

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette villa au bord de l'eau avec des couchés de soleil plus magiques les uns des autres. La villa propose une salle de bain dans chaque chambre, un grand séjour, une cuisine toute équipée, une piscine au bord de l'eau. Notre séjour a été magnifié par la disponibilité de Fon qui nous a préparé des petits déjeuners, déjeuners et dîners sur demande. Les chauffeurs ont été à notre disposition tout au long du séjour. Merci à notre hôte Steve, à Fon , à nos chauffeurs pour tout. N'hésitez pas si vous êtes de passage à Kho Samui, Fon et Steve répondront à toutes vos demandes et vous faciliteront vos vacances. Nous reviendrons pour sur.

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans l’appartement de Manfred. Le logement est exceptionnel et au calme avec une vue à couper le souffle sur l’une des plus belles plages de l’île. Nous avons pu assister à de magnifiques couchés de soleil grâce aux baie vitrées qui offrent une vue dégagée sur le ciel. Manfred est un hôte très sympathique, réactif et disponible. Nous reviendrons certainement!!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub!! Die Villa ist in einem Top- Zustand!! Cecile und Ihr Mann waren jederzeit erreichbar - sie haben uns super super Tipps gegeben… Eigentlich schreibe uch in jedem Kommentar etwas was man verbessern könnte - leider finde ich hier aber nichts!! Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für diese Villa entscheide

Notre hôte Cindy était vraiment à l’écoute de nos diverses demandes. Je recommande fortement ! Nous relouerons sans hésitation 😃

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, 10 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa zu verbringen – und es war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders der Aussenbereich mit dem privaten Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ein grosses Plus sind die Klimaanlagen, die sehr effektiv arbeiten. Auch die Deckenventilatoren in den Räumen sind genial und sorgen für ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an unkompliziert, herzlich und sehr professionell – wir haben uns rundum gut betreut gefühlt. Wir können diese Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt auf der Insel ganz sicher wieder hier buchen. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

My family and I stayed at Jim’s villa for four nights and it was simply the highlight of our trip. The villa was spotless and it also included all the required (and nice to have) amenities to make it a great stay. In addition, the private chef, CHADA was unbelievable and each morning we looked forward to eating breakfast. The food was so good that we ended up having CHADA prepare two dinners for us. All in all, Jim was super helpful in promptly answering all of our questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommend Jim’s place to all and we are excited to stay at his place once again in the future.

Couldn’t express how stunning this villa is, it’s one of those things you have experience in person to appreciate it fully, very attentive to all the details and interior, beautiful rooms and and the breathtaking view, great location and most importantly the housekeeper Su who was an angel and went above and beyond to make our stay extra comfortable and Adam the property manager who was there whenever we needed him. This is by far the best property we ever stayed at and I’ve been to many. 100% would recommend anyone from couples to group of friends or large families, it can really accommodate everyone.

There is a lot to love about Sukkho Samui Estate - beautiful furnishes, spectacular view, well equipped kitchen, the daily delivery of croissants, etc. Régis and Monica are phenomenal hosts - always ready to assist. I found them easy to communicate with. The unit is within equal traveling distance between Chaweng and Lamai. You will need access to some form of transport while you are here. Highly recommend this spot!

We flew here from america for a bachelor party and saw this place on the app, and thought it was a perfect place to land at the island. Not only was it just like the pictures, the staff here got us everything we needed to either have food made for us everyday throughout our stay Or knew exactly where to go for all the hotspots. Not only that, but they had transport to anywhere on the island and also knew everywhere to go. From relaxing in the sun or out of the sun, this house had it all. We stayed for about a week and never once got bored. The view from the villa has to be one of the best on the island. The hardest part about everything was leaving. thank you so much for making this The most memorable trip with my friends! And we will see you again next year 🤙🏽

Super netter Gastgeber, war immer hilfsbereit und hat auf alle Fragen reagiert! Die Villa ist super schön und ruhig, hat einen wunderschönen Garten der super schön angelegt und gepflegt wird! Ansonsten kommt mann mit dem Roller von dort in 6 min nach lamai. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jeden empfehlen der es ruhig haben möchte aber ohne großen Aufwand in das getunmel möchte.

Wir waren zu zweit für 8 Tage dort und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet bis auf einen Föhn den sollte man selbst mit bringen, den Tv kann man nur auf Thai schauen bisschen schade. Die Unterkunft hat zwei tolle Pools und man kann Billard spielen dieses Angebot haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Kommunikation war tatsächlich etwas schwierig da der eine nicht wusste was der andere macht aber wir haben es gemeistert. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft wunderschön und sehr wohnlich jedoch empfanden wir das Bett für zu hart.

Super tolle Lage, super Unterkunft. der Strand ist direkt vor der tür. tolle große Küche mit allem was man braucht ( im Kühlschrank stand für uns direkt wasser, säfte, kaffee bereit) . Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Im großen und ganzen alle Erwartungen getroffen. Unterkunft ist definitiv weiter zu empfehlen.

If you want a perfect stay, this place is for you. We stayed here for 3 nights as a surprise for my partners birthday. Audrey and Eric went above and beyond for this special occasion. We arrived and they had set up balloons to make the place look extra special. The photos of the place are beautiful, but in person it’s even better. Having friendly and respectful hosts really does make your stay that little bit better, and I couldn’t fault them at all. I really would recommend this stay, you feel right at home and the place is spotless. Thank you so much for an incredible stay and I hope to stay here in the future when I visit Thailand again. La villa Léa de Florence était magnifique. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette villa. L’endroit est bien placé, la piscine et la vue valent le coup. Florence est très agréable et nous a beaucoup facilité lors de notre séjour. Tout a été fluide. Je recommande fortement et j’y retournerai sûrement si je reviens à Koh Samui.

Wir waren 1 Woche in Albins Unterkunft und fanden es war die beste Unterkunft unseres 3 Wochen Trips. Angefangen davon, dass es sehr sauber und idylisch eingerichtet ist. Viel Liebe zum Detail, überall stehen Pflanzen, die die Unterkunft fabelhaft wirken lassen. Das Haus und der Pool wurden täglich gereinigt, sogar unsere Wäsche hat man für uns ohne Nachfragen gewaschen und aufgehangen. Absolut keine Selbstverstandlichkeit in einem Airbnb. Albin war via Airbnb und Telefon immer erreichbar und konnte uns immer rasch weiterhelfen, z.b. dass das Poollicht früher angemacht werden kann, damit die Kinder abends noch plantschen können. Die Unterkunft bietet einen 125er Roller an, den man zur freien Verfügung nutzen kann. Ebenfalls nicht selbstverständlich und macht es auf Koh Samui sehr einfach, sich schnell von A nach B zu bewegen. Ale Räume sind klimatisiert und sehr großzügig und sauber. Wir werden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall noch mal buchen, wenn wir nach Koh Samui wiederkommen

We had amazing days in Koh Samui, and in your place. The house is extremely comfortable, with a great view and we have lots of fun there. Nevertheless, The staff were the greatest experience at all.
