Conveniently and centrally located in historic neighborhood: 3 mins to bay, 15 mins to oceanfront. We are within 4 miles of Norfolk Premium Outlets and IKEA, and are within 5 miles to Virginia Wesleyan and 15 miles to ODU. Walk to local favorite restaurants (New River Tap House, The Rustic Spoon, 1608 Crafthouse, Comfy Belly).

This is an apartment in my home, with 2 queen beds, I live upstairs. The home is in East Beach one block from the Chesapeake Bay. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. You have access to the Chesapeake Bay one block away, on 15th Street. Towels, beach chairs and Beach umbrella are available. If you want to go to the Virginia Beach oceanfront it is a 25 minute drive!

Private Guest Suite/Entrance. Pet Friendly

Guest Suite and bathroom with private entrance on side of the house. King Tempur-pedic mattress. New Couch with Queen pullout bed. There are no shared spaces other than the driveway. There is a small refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, air fryer, toaster, sink, and Keurig in the small kitchen area. Pet and service animals are welcome.
