The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.

The double doors look out onto the garden, in summer a dream, in winter it is a cosy space to rest and recupperate.
