Good space, clean, quiet, will visit again.

Words can't describe how happy we were to stay at Kevin's place. It was a joint apartment. Boys could be on one side and girls on the other side for privacy ( I traveled with 9 teenagers -3 boys and 6 girls). The place was big enough, very clean, and had enough plates and stuff. It was quiet, and the river ( and the sound of the water) made a whole difference. We could go on a walk on the trail. It was just beautiful.

Jayne and Steve’s place is beautiful! Spotless, cozy accommodations in a gorgeous location. We stayed there the night before the solar eclipse to travel to totality and it was both convenient and comfortable. We would love to come back for some hiking and hope to book again!

My husband and I were looking to hike some specific northern White mountains and I was thrilled to find Todd and Donna's place available for the holiday weekend at a very reasonable price! It's relatively remote to most of the busier White mountain trailheads and hubs, but it suited our needs perfectly. The location is so peaceful and the views over the river are gorgeous. I could see getting much use out of the deck, yard, and river in warmer months. And despite being located beneath the owner's house, the entrance is very private and separate. It's a cozy, comfy space to retreat to after brisk fall days spent out in the woods. Everything was just as described in their description. Don't hesitate to book this one if you want a peaceful, rural place to stay that's still within a short drive to Berlin, Gorham, and the northern Whites!

Loved the location, beautiful spot and lots of family friendly activities. Great host with great communication, we were very comfortable away from home!

We visited to ski over the weekend and Scott and Jennifer’s place was perfect! About 25min to Loon, a nice little restaurant about 30sec up the street, all in all a great weekend. We arrived late at night so it would’ve been difficult to find which unit was theirs had they not had sent concise instructions. They even waited up for us to arrive and welcome us in! Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Suzanne was a wonderful host- very responsive to our texts. Her home is beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is great for winter activities , restaurants and breweries.

This is our second stay at this place. It was perfect for our 3 day trip to ski and visit the area. I was excited to see they added a gym also to the lodge as well. Will definitely book again!

We splurged as a family of 4 w/ our chihuahua. This is the absolute perfect home for 2 or even 3 families. Derek was responsive from day 1 of booking until check-out. The home is gorgeous. It's just as the pictures show, if not better. The basement has a bedroom with 2 Q beds, and the cinema can easily sleep a few more. This was a man cave for our sons! Upstairs, the master bedroom w/bath was perfect. There are 2 bunk beds right next to the master & another bdrm across the house. It's quiet, peaceful, and serene. We walked the trails behind the home (bring boots or hiking shoes if it's been raining). When you pull into the drive, on your right is a rolling river. The hot tub was a huge plus and was relaxing. We loved the fire pit (bring a lighter or matches) and playing pool, air hockey, & shuffleboard. My son brought his xbox & hooked it up to the 85" TV in the cinema. We watched movies via our Netflix account. We hope to go back in the future!

This was the perfect stay for a group of friends for a few nights in the early summer. Weather permitting, the lake and dock were great to hangout on, and on colder days the fire pits provided a cozy atmosphere. There are tons of amenities which made cooking large meals easy and provided activities for all to enjoy. The hot tub was a wonderful surprise as well. Squam lake itself is very clear and great for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. On the few occasions we left the lake, the country store down the road had everything we needed too. Don was very communicative with us and was a great host. I’d definitely recommend staying here for a family or small group of friends. I’d love to come back!

We loved staying in this home! Tamara was wonderful to work with and extremely communicative and responsive. The house was clean and well stocked! It was extremely dog friendly with a fenced in yard and the house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was great and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! Beautiful setting! We enjoyed coffee on the large covered porch sitting in the swings. We love to cook and the kitchen and open concept space was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. We walked the trail along the lake and enjoyed the sunset. the bald eagles were great to see every day too. we also really enjoyed the kayaks. the name mirror lake was very appropriate!

We loved our stay here! The home is so cozy and was such a beautiful location, we will definitely be back!

We returned for a second visit to Browyns place. We absolutely love the space and love the host! Any concerns were addressed immediately and she was full of recommendations and very helpful! Even in the snow storm!!

Our family had an amazing stay at Robert's farm house! The home was exceptionally clean! Robert & Ellen went out of their way to meet EVERY request we had (including providing a crockpot after a casual question about it only a few days before our arrival!). Even the books on the shelves were tastefully selected to be historical yet interesting ... they really helped to bring us back in time and disconnect from our daily routines, as well as create great history related discussions with our kiddos. We had wonderful evenings sitting back playing games of "Sorry", which our 7 year old daughter kept winning! Robert & Ellen were extremely responsive and genuine in their communication, by the end of the stay it felt like we had a new pair of friends. Also, their area guide info pack is huge! We HIGHLY recommend the Pizza Barn!! The location of the home is perfect! We really enjoyed walking the dirt road through the woods! The kiddos especially loved the huge hill outback for sledding!

I was very fortunate to find Sean’s place and luckily it was available. It is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in Conway, NH along the Saco River. My daughter got married this weekend and I had booked a Airbnb in Fryeburg, ME over 8 months ago. Unfortunately, there were new owners and the place was not as advertised. I had to scramble and found Sean’s listing and received a response within minutes and I will be forever thankful. I am a host and a renter on Airbnb and I understand the value of making sure that the Airbnb experience is wonderful for both the host and guest. I was so impressed with Sean’s place and how much it made you feel at home 🏠. His place had everything you needed to have wonderful experience. It is host like Sean that makes Airbnb very special experience. My one regret is that I wished I had stay a few more days relaxing by the fire 🔥 pit. Highly recommend Sean’s place.

The condo is cozy and inviting, with a clean and well-organized space that made us feel right at home. The bed was firm yet comfortable, and the bedding was incredibly soft—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary makeup wipes, water and coffee, which added to the comfort of our stay. The location was also fantastic—close to great restaurants and everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again

The accommodation is impeccable, everything is very clean and organized, there is no cigarette smell (most hotels have that smell), it’s very well located, the hotel offers plenty of activities, and the room view is beautiful! I recommend it 100%!

Rick was an exceptional host. This is I believe our third or second time staying at one his places and we of course loved it! Rick was very good about messaging us to make sure we were all checked in and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay with Rick again and recommend him to our loved ones and friends! We booked Gregory’s condo on the same day that we arrived! He gave us the instructions for check in right away and it was smooth sailings. Kids enjoyed the pool and the 10 min shuttle to Loon mountain was easy! Great stay.

Lisa was so nice! Responded in a timely manner and very helpful. Loved the apartment, very homey and comfortable. She didn’t require alot for checking out which was nice! Would absolutely come back. Thanks you guys!!! Had a blast

Roberta's place was perfect! We come up to Lincoln often and have stayed at many different places and I must say that this location is the best -- it took us one minute to get to Loon! The view is spectacular -- I love sitting on the couch, reading, while I look up and see the Pemi river. It is so very peaceful. Inside, you will find all the amenities you could need - every room is fully stocked. The beds are super comfy, and if you appreciate a nice cozy blanket while sitting next to the fire, you will find one in every bedroom! Roberta was very friendly and responsive. My daughter and I decided to extend our stay by one day, and she immediately got back to me, making the process seamless. I highly recommend this place!!

We had an amazing experience at this house! The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, accepting our last-minute booking and making sure everything was ready for our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The rooms are well-organized and clean, and the overall structure is perfect for both relaxation and those looking for a nature-filled experience. The river behind the house is truly stunning – a beautiful view and a very peaceful environment. Definitely a stay we highly recommend, and we would return without hesitation!

Rick's place was perfect for a ski wekeend at Loon! Close to the mountain with shuttle access, nice hot tub and pool, and plenty of amenities. The condo had plenty of space and was very clean and cosy. It was exactly what we needed and plan to come back next season!
