It is great for accessibility, however, there may be noises from guests in the other 2 units. Quiet hours are implemented for this. Free WIFI. Townhouse with three bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen Bedrooms) and 2 full baths upstairs and a half bath down. Kitchen with full size appliances and dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, etc. VERY clean with new mattresses and furniture. The king bedroom is a master-suite with one of the full bathrooms and door that completely separates from other 2 bedrooms (also has walk in closet). Garage is yours plus two parking spots in front.
