The whole estate, house complex that you see on the photos is in our ownership. Blue house is the one where you would be staying, while other properties of the complex are empty meaning it's just you on the whole estate.

Villa is situated on 1400 m2 land, consists of 4 bedroms with A/C, 2 bathrooms, large living room, fully equiped kitchen and 2 wardrobe. Outside space consist of large swimingpool with sunbeds, kids playgound (swing and trampoline) covered summer kitchen with dinning table, lawn, and lott of trees

In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.
