Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

One bedroom, two bathrooms flat, fully equipped, provided with a double bed and two sofa beds, it accommodates up to six people. Located on a quiet, traffic-and-noise-safe street on the top of the hill, it offers a stunning view of the lake. Beaches are 10 minute driving distance. 124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
