The Annex is ideal for people visiting the area, visiting family, attending - events, weddings, re union's , business meetings etc.

Small private studio for to 2 people - building behind our house - free on street parking. Double bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom. Complimentary drinks and breakfast items. 24" TV with Netflix in bedroom, WiFi. Door lockable 3 minute walk to train (Malden Manor) London in 30 minutes, close to Kingston, Sutton, Wimbledon and the Thames. Ideal for people attending events in London or seeing family / friends who live near here. A small space to be in all the time, but good as a overnight base.

Cosy 1 bed Guest Suite Esher private entrance

A cosy modern ground floor 1 bed (sofa bed) within our lively family home, with all the basics including own en suite shower room /wc and TV. It is the perfect place for a short stay. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. Guest are welcome to use the gas BBQ

A large, comfortable guest suite, with its own private entrance, in a Georgian townhouse. Set in a great Islington location, with excellent transport links, green spaces, and the delights of Upper Street only 5 mins walk away. The space has a boutique-hotel feel with a super king bed, underfloor heating, contemporary furnishings, luxury wet room and a separate loo. We also provide a mini fridge, simple continental breakfast, and tea and coffee facilities. (Note that there is no kitchen.)

It is 10 min walking distance from Hanwell train station (which will take you to Paddington in 15 minutes) and less than 5 min walking distance from bus stops. Emu Cottage is fully soundproof, with a very spacious walk in shower, underfloor heating for the winter months and a food station with a microwave and a kettle.

Open plan kitchenette, ensuite bathroom and living/dining room all private use.

Grace Cottage

Grace Cottage is an annex on the side of our home. Access is via a locked side gate and then you will need to cross the main house patio area to get to the separate entrance to the flat. It is set up with the bedroom and living area being in one space, with a mezzanine floor where a single mattress is situated. There is a fully kitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Shower room with basin, toilet and shower.
