Sunset Beach Cottage

Completely remodeled three bedroom two bath home steps from the sand in Sunset Beach! This brand new rehab comes completely furnished with state of the art appliances, flat-screen tv’s and a washer/dryer. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom, a trundle bed in the third bedroom and convertible couch in the living room. All rooms have blinds and portable heater’s and fans. This amazing rental will comfortably sleep six adults and two kids.

The Orange Peel, a Historic Cottage in Old Town

The Orange Peel is a cozy restored two bedroom historic cottage from 1919, on the property of a 120 year old Victorian house. This detached 2 bed- 1 bath guesthouse has vintage charm in the heart of Old Town Orange. It is very comfortable for four people, with one queen bed and two twin beds, with the option of two more guests on the couch (extra charge). The private and quiet space is walking distance to Chapman University and the excellent restaurants and shops in the historic Orange Circle.

Soak up groovy Topanga vibes and commune with nature at the Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway freestanding guest home. Highlights include lush tropical landscaping, private lawn, furnished decks, hot tub and sauna, an outdoor bathtub and shower, a queen size bed, and large flat screen TV. This private Cozy beach Cottage is, 1 mile to downtown HB. Secured in a spacious & quiet setting. It has shaded out door lounging space. Super clean, nicely decorated. Cottage has kitchen, bedroom & bathroom. Cable TV & WIFI. Bedroom can be separated by a door to give privacy from bathroom & kitchen. Age limit 26 & up. NO PARTYING/NO DRUGS NO SMOKING ANYTHING ANYWHERE ON MY PROPERTY/SMOKERS DON'T BOOK. No Pets, I have Asthma & severe allergies.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
