Custom Craftsman With Hot Tub Close to Ocean

Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. We live in a separate location on site so we will be present during the guests stay. We love our neighborhood! If you love craftsman, California bungalow, custom and historical homes this is the place. There are parks, the Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, 2nd Street with shops and great restaurants, and of course the beach all within walking distance. There are a variety of farmer's markets and in the summer local concerts in the park. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. We are conveniently located between LAX (25 minutes), Orange County (SNA) Airport (20 minutes) and Long Beach Airport (10 minutes). PLEASE BE AWARE OF STREET SWEEPING DAYS!! SIGNS ARE POSTED FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AM STREET SWEEPING. Long Beach Retreat

Beautiful Spanish style home with roof top deck, centrally located in Long Beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shops on retro row, a stones throw to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to Belmont shore and downtown. Our home has kept its old style charm but has all the modern amenities you need. Central AC, washer dryer, & stocked kitchen. We also have beach towels & beach chairs. For families w/ children we can supply a Pack & Play, booster seat, toys, mama roo, and baby brezza.

Cozy Beach Suite two blocks to the ocean

Charming 1918 apartment with large porch overlooking sidewalk. Great vacation or staycation destination. We're one block to trendy shops, restaurants and pubs. Two short blocks to the beach and miles of walking and biking trails. Close to CSULB, Alamitos Bay, Shoreline Village and Marina, Convention Center, Pine St, The Pike, Retro Row and Belmont Shore. We're less than 25 miles to Disneyland. Staples center is 25 miles away. Boat terminals for Catalina Island and cruise lines are nearby.

Rejuvenating 1913 Craftsman

This apartment is on the second floor of a Craftsman four-plex, and has amazing views of the quaint street below. There are beautiful trees all around. The building was built in 1913, and is a historical landmark in Long Beach (there is a plaque out front). There are beautiful, original built-in cabinets throughout. There are many fun, old fashioned characteristics of the apartment that make you feel like you are stepping back in time. This place is everything you'll need to feel rejuvenated!

Apartment on the boardwalk with an amazing view

Relax and unwind in this unique getaway. Located right on the beach toward the far end of the Peninsula. Beautiful views during the day, sunsets at night. The boardwalk and ocean are right underneath your window. Occasionally you can see dolphins swimming under your window. Walk to the bay side for paddleboarding, swimming. Close to 2nd street and 2nd & PCH for restaurants. Easy access to the marina, Shoreline Village, aquarium, downtown Long Beach, convention center, cruiseship terminal.

The apartment is pet friendly and a cozy 700sf. The apartment is a part of a 4 unit house that has a nice sunroom and a landscaped yard. It includes a full kitchen with breakfast table. The couch in the living room converts into a queen size bed. The apartment is a 10 minutes walk to the center of downtown and a 20 minutes walk to the beach, marina, and convention center. Parking is in the drive way, please it is very IMPORTANT to pull all the way forward in the drive
