Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable holiday cottage. A peaceful and beautiful barn conversion in the Forest of Bowland Natural Landscape, Little Barn is a comfortable cottage located in the heart of a small rural hamlet of 5 traditional stone built dwellings close to Chipping and Longridge in the Ribble Valley. There is wonderful countryside to enjoy from the door or a short drive to local beauty spots. We are close to many country inns, tea and farm shops and great food locations.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Winkley Hall Farm

On the Tolkien trail at the heart of the Ribble Valley, and nestled within the stunning countryside of the historic Winkley Hall Estate, sits this charming farmhouse. First established in 1207, today the Winkley Estate is all about re-wilding, sustainable farming and celebrating the beautiful nature that surrounds us. Winkley Hall Farm has been lovingly refurbished and provides a perfect base from which to explore the countryside, retreat, relax and recharge.

Our delightful static caravan has views over the Ribble Valley, a family pool and bar complex. There are walks and cycling in every direction, easy access to golf and tennis, shopping in Longridge and Clitheroe and great pubs and beer bars within a 5 minute drive.
