Furnished basement w/ all imported Italian leather. Sofa bed for 2 more guests. Basement also has complete 2nd kitchen! Grind your own organic coffee & make a pot or use it in a kcup. Sit out on the back or front porch for morning coffee, watch the local turkey or deer pass through. Minutes away from one of the inaugural Rails to Trails in the east, including The Ghost Town Trail. You can bike, or walk along the beautiful river. Fifteen minute drive to Yellow Creek State Park. 25 minute drive to IUP, Saint Francis University and Mount Aloysious College.
