Everything about the home is beautiful and perfect. Brent was easy to communicate with, responsive, and gave helpful and thorough instructions for check-in and check out. The house was a corner unit and had a lot of privacy. We could not get over how beautiful the front and backyard were! The Jacuzzi was hot and had no issues. The location was perfect, it was a short walk down to the beach, and lots of restaurants nearby. The house more than comfortably fit the six of us, and I thought it was nice that there’s an option to add on another room for an additional price. Huge bonus, the beds and linens were exquisite! I would absolutely seek this listing out again in the future.

We had a fantastic time staying here. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and exactly how it looks in the photos. Great walking distance to everything in Santa Barbara. We loved our stay here. The only issue we had was communicating to the house management company regarding parking our car. That took about an hour which we weren’t happy about as we had plans. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as it exceeded our expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

The place was exactly as described. Perfect space for my family of four. Clean linens and comfortable beds. Also walkable to shops and coffee. The house is well maintained, clean and felt very comfortable. Rachel was easy to communicate with and was proactive in reaching out. Great stay and would recommend this property.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our family of four! The location is centrally located and an easy walk to East Beach, the Santa Barbara Zoo and even a nice jaunt down to Stearn's Wharf. We loved the jacuzzi and the private courtyard patio. The unit was clean and had all the listed amenities. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved Bobbie's place! It was the perfect cozy space for our long weekend getaway! It was a short walk from the cute shops and restaurants in Montecito, and also walkable to Rosewood Miramar Beach. The neighborhood was very peaceful. There is some highway noise, but they provided white noise machines and earplugs for sleeping, which is super helpful for light sleepers. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The outdoor area was also really neat, we enjoyed playing ping pong and cornhole during our stay as well.

Just stayed for alumni weekend and it was perfect! Great location, amazing backyard space with a pool and hot tub, and comfortably fit a large group. Would stay again :)

This is our third time at the cottage, and just like the other two times this place is a gem. The house is perfect for us and our two dogs, plenty of room and great amenities. Also the location is perfect close to everything SB has to offer. I’m sure we will be back again for a fourth time!

I’m so pleased we found Casa Alamar, because it turned out to be the perfect home base for our visit to Santa Barbara. Charming, immaculately clean and well-maintained, tasteful and luxurious without pretense. Maybe « welcoming » is the right word. Everything we needed was provided and everything worked. (This was one of the few Airbnbs I’ve stayed in where I didn’t need to call the owner for instructions on how something worked. ) The location was super convenient, with good restaurants and cafes around the corner. I hope it’s available for our next trip to SB!
