The house is equipped w/ a 2-man kayak, 2 paddleboards, pingpong, 2 large decks w/ lake-views, grill patio, & fire pit area for smores!

Welcome to The LAKE FRAME – A one-of-a-kind, artsy A-frame that transports you back to the peaceful, free-spirited vibes of the 70s, all while offering the modern comforts of today. This unique hideaway invites you to disconnect from the hustle and reconnect with nature. While The LAKE FRAME doesn’t have its own pool, a short 3-5 minute walk takes you to a lakeside oasis featuring a brand-new pickleball court, a swimming pool, and a small clubhouse. The Shack

Relax in this rennovated studio near the Beaver Shores community and Beaver Lake. The house is a quick drive away from the lake, 10 minutes from downtown Rogers, 20 minutes to the Walmart Amp, and is the perfect getaway for those looking to decompress. The Shack is a fully functional living space - complete with a driveway long enough to back in your boat, WiFi, full kitchen and bath, laundry, pull-out sleeper couch, two TVs and a separate master bed area with a beautiful pine feature wall.

Modern White Oak Cabin

The home is unique to the area and features a casual, modern space that is peaceful and welcoming. Situated in a somewhat remote location in the woods that surround Beaver Lake. It is 30 min from Crystal Bridges Museum and about 45 min from Eureka Springs. It is part of Lost Bridge Village and about 10 min from Marina that rents boats. LGBT friendly and great for sailors, divers, couples, solo adventurers. The site is quite STEEP however and not for everyone. Wifi often goes out in storms.

Sassafrass Silo Treehouse on Table Rock Lake

The Sassafrass Silo began life as a grain silo that Mike found on a farm in Kansas. We felt she had more life left in her, so we took her from field to forest and gave her a new purpose! Her new journey is based on Debbie's family history from the beautiful Natchez, Mississippi. Her memories of serving in Pilgrimage in her own hoop skirt and classic charm of the antebellum homes paired with her love of bohemian style, nature and the lake helped create this unique space!
