About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a mobile home for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it. So, if you are looking for nature, relaxing, reading, hiking etc... join us.

Treetops

Tree Tops - an adult observatory that has indulged in the best. Is a cottage that will captivate you. Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Apartment Lutetia

The Lutetia Apartment is situated in the heart of the city, on Frankopanska Street, in close proximity to Ilica and Tuškanac Park. It is only a five-minute walk away from the Tuškanac Garage, which provides convenient parking for guests arriving by car. The comfortable living room with kitchen, bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathroom and an entrance hall. The double windows ensure peace and quiet, while the heat pump guarantees an optimal temperature regardless of the weather conditions.

Az egész család jól fogja érezni magát ebben a lakásban. A városban található, mégis a nyüzsgő belvárostól távolabb, csendes helyen, bevásárlóközpontok közelében. A kényelem és a tisztaság számunkra a legfontosabb!

Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung am Stadtrand von Graz gelegen. Durch eine gute Anbindung ist man schnell in der Stadt, aber wohnt trotzdem komplett im Grünen mit Garten und Naturteich. Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie der Schlossberg oder das Grazer Wahrzeichen der Uhrturm liegen in kurzer Entfernung und sind gut mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für Paare, allein reisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).

Gostima su na raspolaganju infracrvena sauna i jacuzzi. Tu je i pečenjara za roštiljanje, te vrtna sjenica za druženje. Lokacija osigurava privatnost, a blizu je svih potrebnih sadržaja. Rijeka Kupa udaljena je nekoliko kilometara. Rezervirajte boravak i uživajte u opuštajućem ugođaju!

Relax in the hot tub, enjoy the view from the swing or treat yourself with local wines from our wine cellar. Our delicious house wine is included in the price. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

RNO ID: 120720 Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

Cheerful fully renovated 3 bedroom house

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
