Charming and private 2 bedroom cottage in beautiful Moore Hill area of Little Exuma, just 300 feet from the ocean, fully equipped kitchen, AC, Wifi, washer and dryer, and large deck to enjoy the beautiful weather and ocean views. Just a short walk to Tropic of Cancer beach. About 25 minutes from Georgetown, this is the perfect spot for those that want to be a little off the beaten path and explore all the beauty of this special island while still having lots of amenities and restaurants nearby.

You have breathtaking views of the "North Side" which is actually the Eastern shore of the island that plunges directly into the Atlantic Ocean. Mangrove Bush is a small community populated with family members throughout. You will have full privacy and access to a private beach located to the bottom of the "hill", surrounded by cliffs. You truly have to see this location to appreciate it.
