Guests can dine alfresco on the upper terrace at a table for ten, or retreat a level down to a sheltered lounge area beside the impressive 20 m pool. An ideal setting for relaxation or sunset drinks.

Vast sliding glass doors open onto the upper terrace from the spacious interiors. Inside, a large lounge, thoughtfully positioned to maximise the views, flows into a gleaming white, fully equipped kitchen. Sharp designer fittings and high-tech touches throughout include central heating, air conditioning, a Paradox security system, indoor and outdoor home-theatre, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The lead guest will be required to provide a copy of their passport at the time of booking, along with the completion of our Guest Information Form.

To comply with the legal requirements for All Spanish Tourist Accommodations (Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021), each guest who is of the age 14 or over will be requested to complete a Guest Traveller Form. Adults can complete this on behalf of a traveling child between 14 to 18, but must provide their relationship to the child. Check-in to the property may be declined if the requested information is not provided prior to arrival.

Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 48 hours before arrival for security reasons.

Cleaning breakdown:
- Housekeeping 4 hours per day (except Sundays). Breakfast preparation of 2 hours is included in the 4 hours of housekeeping.
- During a 7 night stay, towels are changed every 3 days, and linens are changed once midweek.
