Great Sandy Straits - Home with an Amazing View

Our Round House is located on a Rural Coastal Acreage, the edge of the Great Sandy Straits overlooking Fraser Island and the glorious blue waters on this area. Recently renovated and very comfortable we offer three bedrooms - the main Queen Bedroom upstairs has air conditioning, tv and an ensuite whilst downstairs is the Queen Bedroom and Twin Bedroom with the shared bathroom. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. Other areas to enjoy are the Lounge, Dining Room, BBQ, reading retreat & deck.

Take long walks at low tide across the Sandy expanses, and swim in calm waters or go kayaking during high tide. The fishing is excellent with a boat ramp near the shady park, picnic and BBQ area. We’re just 8 km from the heritage city of Maryborough, 35 minutes from Hervey Bay, and about an hour and a half from Rainbow Beach. Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet (except for some noisy birds).

Riverview Getaway is a single storey 3 bedroom fully contained home with sweeping views of the Mary River taking in the Granville Bridge, cane fields and Bauple Mountain Range. It is a perfect base for a family holiday or a couples getaway exploring the Fraser Coast and our beautiful heritage city "Maryborough". The terraced river bank allows access to a large river flat and deepwater river frontage. Please note that the bank is steep but you are more than welcome to explore.

The Crab Pot is a double storey large family house with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and full kitchen upstairs PLUS one separate bedroom with en-suite in a granny flat type setup downstairs making it perfect for large groups, multiple families or three generations. The lounge room, master bedroom and granny flat have air conditioning and the other bedrooms have pedestal fans. A large kitchen overlooks the outdoor deck which has ocean views.
