This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Living areas face north enjoying all year sun . The lounge includes a log fire. There is a separate TV room, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It is self-contained with a large lounge/ dining area, kitchen, bathroom and laundry on the ground floor and a queen size bedroom with a large veranda on the upper floor. The premises are suitable to accommodate 1-2 adults (no children).
