We spent eleven nights in this lovely house during our trip to the UK. We liked the spacious rooms, comfortable beds and great shower. The location is ideal for exploring the local area and a great base for walking. I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent property, very clean and Dan was always at the end of the phone for anything we required, including recommendations for the family trip. Highly recommended.

What a lovely house! Stayed here with some friends for the weekend and had such a lovely time. Super comfortable beds and lovely little living room and garden to hang out in. It was so great to stay in an Airbnb and the essentials there for you like milk, butter, even crumpets which was ace! Had a great weekend here and would deffo stay again.

The hosts sent a great list of recommendations for pubs restaurants and walks which was so helpful. We tried the Swan at Walton and the Fifties American Diner ( you can walk to this). Both were fabulous. A lovely sunny bank holiday weekend was had! Thank you

This is our favourite place to stay when we visit Halifax, especially when we want to bring our two dogs. It's only a few minutes' drive from the Piece Hall, Shibden Hall, the Bankfield Museum and other places we like to visit, but it is quiet and feels like countryside. Fields are on two sides, with deer and foxes that sometimes pose for us in early morning or at dusk. It's always clean. Everything we need is right there. We especially love have enough of a freezer to bring a week's worth of our dogs' favourite food. In the Halifax area we really don't want to stay anywhere else.

We stayed as Garry had some church business over the Easter so decided to make a break of it. Mark was a fantastic host, very responsive and left lots of lovely treats. House well equipped and modern with a fabulous bathroom and nice master bedroom and kitchen. It is off quite a busy road, so has many local shops and takeaways on the doorstep. It is on a residential street but the neighbours were friendly enough I imagine parking could be a bit of an issue sometimes. We had a nice break and had some nice food and drinks while there. Thanks again Mark.

We stayed for three nights and found the caravan to be clean and cosy with everything needed for a comfortable holiday The caravan was in a lovely quiet area on site The secure enclosed verandah was great for the dog and for us to sit out to enjoy the sun We would highly recommend the caravan

We had a wonderful stay. Impressive pool, garden furniture and landscaping to make the most of the sun. Ideal location for touring local sites. Izzy and partner were very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay with friends, beautiful garden and grounds. Very thoughtful extras - lovely products available and great kitchen which was well stocked. The owners were friendly and their little dogs were great company too. The cottage smelled amazing, so much so I bought the same Reed diffusers online. Would highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay. Thank you very much!

Weekend stay with friends to celebrate a 50th birthday. We were lucky with sunny weather and so the outside area with table/chairs and hot tub were put to good use! The accommodation is beautiful and extremely comfortable with everything you would need. Nice pubs just a short drive away. We had a fabulous time.

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Annabel’s and will definitely be going back asap! It was perfectly peaceful with gorgeous surroundings and was even better than the pictures! The pool was much bigger than we thought and was such a joy to have, the decking area was huge with stunning views and the garden truly magical! This was great value for money! Annabel was a fantastic host and very helpful and friendly and the animals were all very friendly too! The cats didn’t come to close though as we had our dog, who had a dream just roaming free! Thanks Annabel, be back soon !

An excellent and very pleasant place to stay, at a good price. The accommodation was thoughtfully presented, and pristine – the high standard of cleanliness was much appreciated by us. The buildings, the farm, the village and the surroundings are all wonderful and we felt most fortunate to be there. Our hosts were very pleasant too. We had the most amazing stay here and would definitely recommend. The Chapel itself is a beautiful building and the interior is stunning. Lots of lovely little touches like leaving bath robes in each room. There are even some friendly horses in the field next door! Definitely worth a visit :)

Another last minute booking whilst on the road. Sue responded immediately and all of her directions were crystal clear. Sue even left a few things in the fridge to help me out which was appreciated. Great place, private parking with virtually an onsite security guard! If I’m ever in the area again will be sure to book!

Our stay at Eileen’s beautifully converted pigsty exceeded all expectations. Eileen and her family, accompanied by their charming black labs, provided exceptional hospitality and made us feel completely at home. It’s rare to find a place that leaves such a lasting, positive impression—this was certainly one of those times. Excellent value and highly recommended.

Had a fantastic stay at North Cottage! It’s part of a stunning country house, yet is quite private and secluded from the rest of the property. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need, super clean and very modern throughout. It’s set within a large plot, which is beautifully kept and landscaped and perfect for dog walks. I slept really well here and was very comfortable. It definitely lives up to the luxury billing. I didn’t want to leave. Claire was exceptional throughout, great communication and super responsive. And I massively appreciated being able to charge my electric car overnight at the property. I’ve used Airbnb for many years and this is by far the best property I have stayed in

We had a lovely one night stay. Room was very comfortable and a beautiful garden to sit in and for dogs to play in. Instructions to get in extremely clear and great communication with host. Lovely village and plenty of places to eat or have a drink. If in the future we are back over here would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home😀 🏡

We absolutely loved it here, it was very peaceful and relaxing, the hot tub amazing and the host was reachable at all times. The welcome goodies were a lovely surprise. We will certainly be back.

An amazing property, best I’ve booked on Airbnb. Beautifully presented, extremely clean and very well stocked. You can tell the love and care that has gone into creating this rental and Julie clearly has very good taste. Everything you could possibly need - Julie has included it and she’s gone the extra mile with lovely extra touches. The cottage is well located right in the heart of Tideswell with walks and restaurants on your doorstep. If you have a dog, the boot room outside is fantastic with its warm shower and Julie even supplies dog towels and shampoo. I cannot recommend this property enough and we’ll most certainly be back!
