A quick walk to the beach or pond, you’re not too far away to run back for lunch or take an afternoon nap. Also, the house is fully heated and is suitable for the cooler months!

Off the beaten path. Escape the sound of traffic and listen to the waves outside your window. This location is an adventure and is accessible by car at low tide and by canoe at high tide. Kids will love beach combing while the adults enjoy relaxing on the shore. There’s also a gazebo beside the spring fed frog pond. Deer graze on the grass in the morning. If you are a bird watcher you can see the sea birds and eagles. The location is perfect for those who want to escape from it all.

The River Dome

Escape into nature with a stay in one of our luxury domes. Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc, as well as coffee and tea. Private bathroom with a toilet, shower, and essential toiletries. Two queen size beds with a loft space. The outdoor area includes a BBQ, private electric hot tub, and patio furniture. Kayaks are available during the summer months, as well as a communal fire pit. **Please note, there is a short walk down a hill to get to the dome**

This quiet 2 bedroom apartment is roomy and cozy with beautiful ocean views. Use of an outdoor kitchen and patio is available. Newly renovated in April 2025. It is located on a second level so you must be able to climb a set of stairs. You can make day trips to Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor and New Brunswick, Canada. Locally there are State Parks, Hiking trails, and several great restaurants for dining out. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.
