Delightful and wonderful get away ! The unobstructed view let us see the full moon And stars in the evening The deck was great for sitting on In the morning To have coffee We received some great local recommendations for food We would definitely Put this on our List to return and stay again. Tanya was a wonderful host.

Parking was interesting since the airbnb unit is attached to another apartment with two tenants that had 2 vehicles. The parking space can accommodate 3 vehicles as long as everyone is conscientious about how they park. Otherwise it is a beautiful area close to the Western Carolina University campus. A vehicle is needed to get around for grocery shopping or touring outside of the campus.

This was a lovely cozy place to stay in the NC mountain. It was close to town and Colleen was a great host. Would definitely stay here again!!

This was a last minute rental, our original plan fell through. Tanea responded almost immediately to our request and even gave us the option of checking in a bit early. We were looking for somewhere quiet with a view to sit outside and enjoy … that’s just what we found. The mountain view from the porch was beautiful and the grounds were well kept with a lovely flower garden. The place was clean and well equipped with what we needed for cooking and resting. Bed was comfortable and, importantly, the bath was clean and neat.

Charity is the most amazing host, the house is perfect and the river is so beautiful to just sit and watch. This was our second stay, and again the house, the amenities, the cleanliness is just perfect. Can’t wait for the next stay, thank you so much, so look forward to being there again!!! The house and location were absolutely beautiful! The pictures really don't do it justice! Everything is prestinely clean and the peacefulness you feel just from walking in can't be matched! The views cannot be captured just as you see them but I did my best to try. We even purchased a couple of fishing poles to do a little fishing right innthe back yard. And when I had a couple of questions for the host, they responded in mere minutes with friendly and clear responses. We will definitely make a repeat visit to this beautiful home. If you've been scrolling for awhile trying to find the right spot, just stop! This is THE place!!!

Extremely tasteful, beautiful and relaxing home! The amenities included everything one would need for your stay. The art, the amazing books and all the accoutrements for a grand sit down meal (prepared in a gourmet kitchen) were there. Loved the walk-in closets and available space for your clothes and items. We highly recommend you stay in this beautiful home.

We loved Trevor & Joanna's place in Franklin! We celebrated our friend's 21st here, and it was a blast! It accommodated our 7 guests greatly, we loved the back porch, and spent most of our time out here when we weren't downtown shopping. It was extremely clean and looked even better than the photos. There was plenty of parking, and it was so easy to find the place!

We loved this home and the hosts! The 3 bedrooms and extra family room downstairs meant we all had room to spread out. At the same time, the family room and kitchen was a cozy gathering space and all the fireplaces were so fun! This was a great place for a chilly Thanksgiving week and we loved every second! And our dog was so happy here. The crate was perfect for the few times we ventured out without her. Love all the doggie details - bowls, poop bags, everything we needed!

Our stay here was great! Nice, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The host was wonderful and helpful and being responsive. I would recommend staying here. Everything was just like the photos.

Absolutely wonderful! It was just my husband and I, but this place would be awesome for families or several couples. Lots of room, fun games, well stocked. The views are incredible - so peaceful and relaxing while staring at the mountains and the lake. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Communication with Ann was easy and thorough. She replied quickly when I had pre-trip questions. The condo is exactly as pictured in a gated golf course community.

We totally loved our stay! The location was perfect - so close to the wedding venue which was our reason for coming. Sasha was beyond helpful! Her generous hospitality was amazing! The space itself was so peaceful and charming! We highly recommend this place…
