Flintstone Cottage near Goodwood

Located on the edge of the Goodwood Estate, this property is a stunning semi-detached Duchess cottage with magnificent views over neighbouring farmland towards Halnaker Mill. The property has been the subject of a major programme of renovation and now offers superb accommodation arranged over three floors. Of particular note is the ground floor with its open plan kitchen/living/dining room with bi-fold doors providing access out on to the landscaped gardens. Only 12 miles to West Wittering Beach

Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Madehurst Arundel cosy retreat in the South Downs

The cowshed is compact with main bedroom and kitchen, bathroom and bunk room There is no living room but guests can enjoy the outside table and chairs in the summer or take a rug up the garden and enjoy the spectacular views of the South Downs - it is fabulous and very peaceful with no WiFi. There is a flat screen tv and underfloor heating. Ideal for a family of 4, or for 4 adults it is quite cosy. Perfect for walkers and cyclists. We are very close to the Pig in the South Downs restaurant

Cottage in Arundel, West Sussex

Nestled in the heart of Arundel, Norton Cottage is situated a short walk from its historic Castle, Cathedral and old town centre with its boutique shops, bars and restaurants. A renovated Georgian cottage set over three floors providing accommodation for four guests. There are two bedrooms with king size beds and a beautiful bathroom. The ground floor contains the living area, complete with original wooden beams and a log burner to enjoy on colder nights, as well as a modern galley kitchen.
